Construction Project Planner / Senior Planner / Forensic Analyst, Framaco-Epik-Metis JV, US and UK Government Overseas Projects (Clients: US DOS OBO, USACE, UK FCO)

-      Developing, managing and updating of the detailed project execution schedules.

-       Assigning the resources to the schedule and preparing the cash flow for the project. 

-       Reviewing the schedules and participating in recovery action plans.

-      Preparation of shipping log and updating it according to the schedule in order to track purchasing of materials and transportation.

-      Preparation of monthly progress payment forms to the client.

-       Time Impact Analysis preparation and submission for client concurrence and approval
