I care too much about my work and works too hard sometimes. I do not feel comfortable until get completed my work. I take my work too seriously. I do not let work half way completed.

Trouble shooting, Fixing things, I do not feel comfortable unless I fix things.

Convincing non cooperative coworkers. Educating subordinates repetitive.
