Excution planning means baselining of project plan to prepare basis to perfrom work & execute work .
This planning is biggest & most important process in Project Management of knowledge & Practices
It starts from : Develop Scope Planning, Develop detailed s- cope statement, WBS Creation ( All major deliverables of project) & then description of each package .
THen - preparing schedule & time baseline
Then - Cost basline & final project budget
Then- Quality Baseline
Then- HR Planning
THen- Communication planning with team & stakeholders
