Cheers Alex,
I will try it now.
Stuart
Stuart,
Open View, Tables [name of the current table], More tables
Select the table closest to the one you want to use
Click Copy: the Edit table dialog shows up
Make any necessary changes in the table: add fields, delete fields, change table name, ...
Click OK, OK
Open View, More Views, Create
Select to create a double pane view: select the Gantt Chart for the upper pane and you new table for the lower one
Click Apply
Thats it
Hope this helps
Alexandre
Can either of you guys help me will either method. Unfortunately,my main software is Primavera. I have touched on VBA in the past, but alas!
I would appreciate further help.
Stuart
Thanks Gents.

A possible way round this is to create a custom table with these fields.
Split the view and show this table in the bottom.
Hope this helps
Colin
Stuart,
the only way is to create a new task form; you will use VBA to do that.
