Responsibilities:
- Review / approve contractor’s work programs submissions.
- Advise and assist the contractor in the development of the work programs.
- Record and report the actual progress of the work versus the planned work.
- Generate critical milestones for the construction stage for inclusion in tender documents through detailed discussions with the Design Manager, evaluation of interfaces between buildings/infrastructure.
- Prepare monthly progress reports.
- Evaluate designers’ and contractors’ detailed schedules and prepare the evaluation report.
- Produce cash flows in Primavera and work with Project Cost Managers.
- Evaluate claims and make appropriate recommendations.
- Establish and monitor construction work schedules.
