Review and define Major Projects EPS
Set up WBS structure.
Implement scheduling procedure
Control change management in the Schedule
Set up, control and monitor Master Schedule.
Control and monitor EPCM (FAST and CALIBRE) Schedules
Participate in Range Analysis Workshops.
Analysis and review of schedules strength using Acumen Fuse.
Coordinate Team Members (PM and Discipline Engineers) to set up Baseline
Prepare progress update forms in Excel.
Prepare P6 Web Dashboard for Training
Prepare and implement basis of the schedule document.
Risk:
Participate in risk analysis workshop.
Review, evaluate and integrate risk report on Monthly Report
Evaluate FAC contingency based in remaining risk.
Report:
Prepare and distribute a Monthly Report.
Report monthly financial status of the project.
Prepare and distribute Dashboard.
