Responsible for the overall co-ordination of business planning & monitoring systems and resources across all business units with the Services Operations team. A central resource within Service to standardise, improve quality and utilisation of programming packages as a means of planning and monitoring progress of projects across the Service business. Coordinate Resources in conjunction with Workshop, Engineering, Tendering, Project Engineers and Project Managers. Review software package capabilities and recommend future Services standard packages and systems. Identification & implementation of project planning processes & procedures Support, assist & coach less experienced planners Monthly update of project progress against contract baseline programme, with input and agreement from all internal sources. Highlight to project managers areas of slippage against key milestones and contract completion date and update programme with corrective action impact. Identify and monitor programme risks for monthly reporting. Produce programmes to support client EoT, delay and disruption claims.
