Lead Planner (Intercity Express Programme)
I provide day to day programme management of the IEP integrated programme and its planning support team. Under the Intercity Express Programme I am responsible for all planning aspects related to the project’s replacement of the existing train fleets for Great Western Railway (GWR) and London & North Eastern Railway (LNER). Specific duties include management of the programme from train assembly, test running and test and commissioning for acceptance into service.
I am personally responsible for the production of all periodic dashboards and progress reports, particularly progress against plan for train assembly and train test and commissioning. In addition I compile earned value and critical path data.
