• Prepare schedules for Testing and Inspection of Storage tanks.
• Monitor the progress of the schedules on a regular basis.
• Provide monthly forecast to determine the expected monthly completion of works as generated from the approved schedules (BCWS).
• Compare this Forecast to actual completion of work on site (BCWP) and determining the variance and make necessary evaluation to correct the slippage if it falls below norms.
• Reporting to the management about project progress and develop a recovery plan should targets is more likely to be missed.
• Assisting the project manager in manpower, material and equipments planning.
• Consolidation and evaluation of daily reports of different sites and submitting the same to the management.
• Recommend movement of manpower, materials and equipments.
• Prepare reports as to the status of all undergoing activities.
• Go for an actual site inspection to verify the validity of company established production rates and establish new production rates for new activities.
• Control the issuance of materials by certifying the issuance of materials is as per approved work schedule
