Project Description: Construction of the 13.8 kilometer stretch of Superstructure and Stations namely Recto, Legarda, Pureza, V.Mapa, J.Ruiz, Gilmore, Betty Go-Belmonte, Araneta-Center Cubao, Anonas, Santolan, and 1 underground station in Katipunan. The high Capacity railway system will be a wider metro-type vehicle initially in a four-car train set, which will have a vertical passenger transfer interconnecting LRT lines 1, 2 & 3.
Project Cost : Php 6,000,000,000.00
●Prepared weekly and monthly accomplishment reports for submittal to
client and per department including weekly updating of Primavera schedule based on actual data.
●Consolidated of quantified items of work for CPM duration and Revision of Schedule as required at jobsite.
●Conducted on-site inspection and progress pictorials for Monthly Progress Report .
●Prepared Monthly Investment Report for Hanjin Makati Branch and Prepare Monthly Progress Report for the client.
●Cost control for outgoing expenditures will not exceed or within the budget allocation.
●Established and comparison of weekly and monthly costing base on target schedule.
●Preparation & monitoring of monthly equipment schedule, monitoring for fuel, oil and spare parts, depreciation cost, and actual accomplishment aligned with investment cost.
●Daily monitoring of manpower and site activities.
●Preparation of Contract Price Escalation in accordance with PD1594.
●Coordination with the Consultant for the preparation of contract price escalation especially for the variation order items.
●Involved in quantity estimation of structural and architectural works for As-Built Quantities.
