Main Earthen Dam, RCC Emergency Spillway,
Under Water Toe Weight Filling. etc.

Job Responsibilities:-
• Estimation of Work Scope.
• Preparation of Site Mobilization Plan.
• Preparation of Level-V Plan on site.
• Preparation of Clause-14 Schedule.
• Preparation and updating of Material/ Equipment/ Manpower
Requirement Plan.
• Preparation of Material Wastage Reports on weekly and monthly basis.
• To generate 4-week and 3-month look ahead schedules.
• To update requirement of manpower, direct materials, direct consumables and equipment based on 3-months look ahead plan.
• To generate discipline-wise progress and efficiency reports on weekly and monthly basis.
• To generate cost comparison reports.(i.e. formwork, Asphalt, bricks etc.)
• To generate earned v actual cost analysis reports.
• Preparation of BCTC.
• Preparation of Bottleneck Summary Report.
• Analysis of Histogram, Critical Path and S-Curve.
• To update Planning Manager about ongoing activities on different areas on site.
• To keep myself fully aware of the activities being carried out at Site and also availability of work front, by making frequent visits to the site.
