• Preparation of Site Mobilization Plan.
• Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports.
• Preparation of Weekly Progress Reports.
• Preparation of Daily Progress Reports.
• Preparation of Clause-14 Schedule.
• Preparation of Level-V Schedule.
• Incorporating Monthly Work Progress in Schedule & Preparation
Of Latest Forecast Schedules.
• To generate 4-week and 3-month look ahead schedules.
• Preparation of Material Requirement Plan.
• Preparation of Manpower Requirement Plan/Histogram.
• Preparation of Equipment Requirement Plan/Equipment Deployment Plan.
• Allocation of Daily and weekly targets.
• To generate earned v actual cost analysis reports.
• Preparation of BCTC.
• Preparation of Budget.
• Preparation of comparative statements.
• Preparation of Rate Analysis Sheets regarding subcontracting of
Work.
• Preparation of Bottleneck Summary Report.
• Analysis of Histogram, Critical Path and S-Curve.
• Attending Monthly Work Progress Meetings with Client.
• To keep an eye on work front availability.
• To frequently visit project Site to facilitate in addressing problems/Issues.
