Preparation of various schedules and reports such as Overall Project schedule, Fabrication schedule, Construction schedule, S-Curves, resource loading, Two weekly look ahead schedule, monthly forecast & etc using PRIMAVERA (P3/ P6), EXCEL and ACCESS. Preparation of mobilization and de-mobilization plans, weekly and monthly progress reports for the projects based on the contractual requirements. Identifying critical path, forecasting possible delays and taking corrective actions, earned value monitoring and reporting planned Vs actual.
Ensuring completion of items from corrective action lists and punch lists. Managing the preparation of all close-out documents and project data books. Preparing all warranty for the work as required by the contract. Preparation of a list of Lessons learned to help future projects.

Establishing progress claim breakdown in line with contract requirements for invoicing purpose. Notifying company Accounts of invoicing details based on the actual progress achieved for the agreed period.
