- Preparation the S-Curve related to (Progress %, manpower & man- hours).

- Attend daily / weekly meeting with client to study the difficulty and progress at site

- Coordinating with the Technical office and supervisures for updating the daily/weekly progress.

- Providing planning (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) work management and analysis of Oil&Gas Development activity.

- Providing project planning input to Concept Selection by producing project schedules for the development
