Client – Bearys Properties and Developers limited.
Twin towers of 24 storied residential complex “Bearys Lakeside Habitat” at Bangalore. The project consists of 24 floors + 1 basement with circular club house and swimming pool and scope of work includes all structural work.
Projcet Value: INR 18 Crores ($4 Million)
Project Achievements: Achieved the target of 50 slabs, 1200 M² area of podium slab in 11 months-20 days.
Achieved 9 days the minimum cycle time for casting of slab.
Responsibilities:
Prepared clause-14.1 master construction program using MS Project with resource loading.
Preparing weekly / monthly program for monitoring periodically.
Preparing control estimate with detailed project analysis.
Monitoring the resource flow and productivity and tracking the control estimate and reporting to top management regarding the status of job.
Worked in ERP system for job management and extracted reports with respect to the job status, material reconciliation etc.,
Co-coordinating with clients upon the progress and other contractual issues.
Checking and getting certifying the client bills.
Selecting, negotiating and finalizing the sub contractors and rates for various activities.
