DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK I DO:
Responsible for the planning and control of construction projects within the contracting division. This includes the development of the project WBS, establishing outline sequencing strategies leading to the creation of the detailed Critical Path Network for the project encompassing the full project lifecycle including design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Undertake extensive options and scenario planning to enable recovery strategies to be formulated to mitigate project delay.
Ensuring fulfillment of programme obligations under the local form of Contract − including development of compliant first programmes and subsequent revised and compensation event programmes.
Where necessary, undertaking the assessment and demonstration of delays to recover Entitlements to Extensions of Time.
Implementing company and project specific reporting procedures including EVA.
