500 Beds Multi Speciality Hospital Complex at Bannerghatta Road,Bangalore.
Responsible for:
1. Accomplished responsibility for managing finishing works for Asia’s most advanced Super Specialty luxurious hospital, WOCKHARDT HOSPITAL [Harvard Medical Centre] at Bangalore with a built-up area of 32000 sqm, which includes main building with double basement and another five storied building of Multi-level car parking.
2. Preparation and monitoring of schedules for Construction activities, resources and working capital.
3. Coordinating with the client VPs team, L&T Regional and Corporate Head offices on Planning and Quality related issues.
4. Coordinating with all functional teams of the project for establishing and implementing QA/QC standards for project.
5. Drove initiatives for ensuring Quality control standards for Site Construction (Cost, Time and conforming to the Specifications by the respective Customers).
6. Achieved 100% realisation of the certified billed amount from Client in scheduled time.
7. Coordinated and scheduled Subcontractors & Suppliers.
8. Scheduled, conducted, and participated in Project meetings.
