As Project Controls Site Cost Control at Tecnimont for QChem II Project, Mesaieed, Qatar (Polyethylene Derivatives Plant), specific duties and job responsibilities include:
– Prepare the Total Installed Cost (Asset Register) by supply cost, overhead cost, erection/ installation cost and construction overhead to be provided to client as per the contract requirement and also for internal comparison with future project;
– Attend to pre-commissioning meetings as part of the integrated team for mechanical completion;
– Prepare the Pre-commissioning Daily Activity Report;
– Update the Vendor Mobilization Schedule according with the progress achieved on mechanical completion of the plant’s subsystems and input from pre-commissioning;
– Prepare the Weekly Site Cost Report – Vendor section, according with Vendor Mobilization Schedule;
– Prepare the Weekly Site Cost Report – by updating the pre-commissioning staffing plan in detail (hours and $, by discipline, by position).
