Conducted training for corporate cost and accounting procedures for project teams in Kiev, Ukraine and Tbilisi, Georgia. Managed project close out for $43 million Sat Gas/Nafta Hydrotreater Fire Rebuild. Administered Prolog and Document Locator Systems (Citrix, Microsoft SQL Server, Share Point Portal Server, MS Office Applications).
Project Controls Manager, Tyler, TX (2008 – 2009)
Spearheaded day to day project controls responsibilities for a $43 million SAT Gas Naphta Hydrotreater Fire Rebuild. Orchestrated budget, cost, schedule, quantity reporting, rules of credit, office management, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting. Administered ProLog and Document Locator systems. Provided user training.
Project Controls Manager, Houston, TX (2007 – 2008)
Developed field and office procedures for project controls to include Payroll, Invoicing, Corporate Reporting, Change Control, Earned Value, and Information Management. Implemented a computer network to include Internet Access, E-Mail (Exchange 2003), File Storage, Remote Access, and File/Printer Sharing (Small Business Server 2003). Implemented Pro-Log and Document Locator to manage all facets of project controls and standardize document management, cost tracking, and revenue analysis.
Project Controls Manager, Mazeikiu, Lithuania (2007)
Directed seven member staff responsible for planning, scheduling, cost management, document control, and finance for Vacuum Distillate Unit Fire Rebuild. Developed written procedures for office management to include payroll, invoicing, reconciliation, scheduling, change control, request for information, and job closeout. Assisted with ISO 9001 certification and Earned Value Systems.
