Project Description: Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the main parts of refinery as the EPC contractor, approximate value of 131,000,000 Euros including:
Civil, Steel Structure, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and safety works
Responsibilities in this project were: (but not limited to)
Preparing Work Breakdown Structure and master plan of the project and obtaining client's approval
Project budgeting and cost controlling
Advising Project Manager of time scheduling and resourcing issues
Providing Human Resource Plans
Updating schedules
Building and maintaining the database of important milestones to ensure objectives are met within agreed timeframes
Measuring progress against targets
Preparing invoices
Assessing construction subcontractors' productivity
Preparing Contract Status Reports, Claims and Delay Analysis reports
Analyzing statistical information
Preparing Execution Plans
