Worked as Shutdown Planner in turnaround activities for major revamp of existing AGD-1 plant. In-charge in monitoring all Subcontractors schedules & merges in one Master Shutdown Schedule. Scope during Shutdown was A/G & U/G Piping Tie-ins, upgrade/revamp of existing Compressors, Turbines, Filter Houses, modifications of Switchgears/boards, Electrical, Instrumentation & Civil works. Daily coordination with PMT/PMC & Subcontractors concerning Shutdown schedules & issues.
Performed task as Senior Planning Engineer for AGD2 NGL Project. Handles Piping, Mechanical & Insulation Subcontractors. Attends weekly progress meeting with Subcontractors. Updates Overall Project Schedule. Suggest solutions to management & assist Subcontractors on how to improve progress. Discuss with subcontractors the approach & schedule transition from Construction to Commissioning phase. Adheres with the policy for Safety & Quality importance in the project.

Liquefied Natural Gas Project – EGLNG Project

Monitors progress for various work disciplines – structural steel erection, piping, insulations, cables, terminations, channels/trays, loop checks, equipment & instrument installations, HVAC, buildings, etc. related to LNG Project. Prepares required schedules & charts for project needs in tracking the status. Attends weekly meeting with the Superintendents & Site Management in discussion of project problems & solutions. Prepares weekly report for the Client relating Engineering, Procurement & Construction activities. Involve in Cost Codes tracking assigned to different work disciplines using Quantity Unit Rate Report (QURR). Handles sub-contractor’s reports and recovery plans. Involved in preparation of reports for Commissioning & Start-up activities. Assigned in Marathon existing plant for the increase of gas flow & modification works to Bechtel’s LNG Project upon completion. Weekly meeting with the Client.
