Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation weekly report and monthly coordination report.
• Preparation monthly Project Report to be submitted to consultant.
• Update programme based on actual progress from site visit using Primavera P6.1
• Prepare drawing that necessary to weekly and monthly report.
• Create Working Programme and assign resources using Primavera P6.1
• Plans and schedules production activities related to structural and architectural works.
• Reviews schedule adherence on a continuing basis and makes recommendations to production management on corrective action.
• Maintains comprehensive project status report for progress meetings with customer.
• Interfaces with construction managers and site engineer to determine the project critical path and the appropriate workforce loading within the given performance period.
