• Reporting to the Project Manager.
• Planning activities of Air Separation Unit (ASU) for the KAEFER (Presently).
• Prepare WBS for each activity and set targets.
• Control and monitor Construction progress.
• Material calculation and scheduling.
• Variation negotiation with client.
• Forecasting for man power, material and cash flows.
• Preparation of fully substantiated interim and final accounts submissions for each Works order, including any variations.
• Using the internal reporting system, preparing internal monthly reports and quarterly forecasts to demonstrate our current position and our anticipated final outcome.
• Cost controlling activities to maintain the budget.
• Attending various types of meeting especially regarding project planning, execution and cost control.
• Dealing with Contractors (Linde, CTJV, Ras Gas, Qatar Gas, Fluor, Shell, Hyundai, IHI, Med gulf)
