Responsibilities: Allocation of engineering manpower (6 x multi-skilled personnel) and materials to breakdowns and scheduled servicings of compressed air equipment within Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex, and provide assistance to branches in neighbouring regions.

parts identification of BroomWade, Hydrovane, HPC, Atlas-Copco and various

other equipment types.

> Support in ordering and purchasing spares from manufacturers and suppliers.

Achieved proficiency in BCT and Matrix Impact computer systems for inputting and invoicing duties.

* Employed in Service Department of company specialising in design, manufacture and maintenance of road transport refrigeration units.

Responsibilities: Identification of components using computer-based and hard copy records. Co-ordinate provisioning of spares and specialist tools for sixteen company engineers plus authorised sub-contractors, in U.K. and E.C.

> Supervision of six other administration staff.

> Co-ordinate dispatch of all spares via carrier companies and post.

> Managed sales process, from initial inquiry through to invoicing, of refrigeration

spares to a diverse range of customers and end users in the U.K. and the E.C.,

including, agents, vehicle bodybuilders, and freight transport companies.

> Introduction and development of company’s Non-Conformance Reporting system.

> Introduction and routine operation of spares shortages listing, updated daily.

> Support in allocation of engineering resources to transport refrigeration unit

breakdowns, nationwide, and subsequent invoicing.

> Support in compilation of spares catalogues/price lists for entire product range.

> Dealt with routine queries.
