Resposible for co-ordinating the planning teams in the make up of the Primavera P3 v 3.1 schedules so that they could be merged and become one master overall schedule for analysis so that any adverse trends could be highlighted to management.
Updating during Engineering and Procurement phase on a monthly basis.
Schedule Risk Analysis exercises carried out utilising Pertmaster Software.
Attended critical activity meetings (UK, Netherlands and Singapore) between projects (and individual Project Managers) and advising Shell management on corrective actions.
