Planning Consultant requested by Shell Project Manager for the Houdini ECC Project to review the current EPC Schedule containing some 5000 activities.
Assessed state of the schedule in primavera P3 v 3.1 and recomending a plan of actions to corect logic, reduce open ends and out of sequence activities, resource load the construction and re-look at the critical paths.
Reports produced for management including bar charts, histograms and progress curves, showing where critical paths occured, which areas (of a cica 20 million man hour) would require management intervention, and the planned resouce usage for the remainder of the project.
