Project Planning Engineer, Hitchin Interlocking Renewal
Develop and agree a fully logic linked, resource loaded, detailed programme for the project using Primavera P6.
Gain approval and formal sign off of the detailed programme for commissioning by the Project Manager.
Monitor progress and update the programme, with progress, new activities and forecasts.
Freeze the approved programme as the agreed basis for control and reporting purposes.
Prepare earned value reports for 4 weekly payment applications.
