Project Planning Engineer
Location: Dubai – DOWN TOWN JEBEL ALI ZONE 1, Block 2
OFFICE BUILDINGS, PARCELS 1-4 & THE LANSCAPING PROJECT
Project Planning Engineer responsible for planning & monitoring, controlling the progress of Office Buildings & the Landscaping Project (Central Plaza, Roof Top Garden, Streetscape)
My scope of work starts in the monitoring controlling process for the Office buildings & in the Planning process of the Landscape Project walking through the monitoring controlling process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Updating the master Program in comparison to the actual site progress and reporting it to the project director & the planning manager.
• Progress monitoring and identifying the potential problem areas obstructing work progress and proposing plans for recovery.
• Assessment of available human resources and preparing histograms.
• Preparing recovery schedules, analyzing the production rate for the available resources when the project was running behind the approved program of works to mitigate any delays.
• Preparing extension of time claims.
• Revising material, shop drawing, sub-contractor and supplier schedule.
• Reviewing the sub-contractor programs and follow-up with them
• Preparing of weekly and monthly reports.
