•Prepares Programme of Works, S- Curve and Manpower Histogram
•Prepares Target versus Actual Programme of the Project
•Prepares Progress Weekly and Monthly Report
•Evaluates the Weekly Progress Accomplishment of the project
•Updates the Target versus Actual Programme
•Updates the Clause 14 Programme
•Prepares KPI’s for the monitoring of status of the on-going works at the project site
•Perform Other Duties as may be Assigned by the Planning Manager
