Construction and erection of equipments, aboveground and underground piping, electrical, Instrumentation, safety & fire fighting, insulation, painting works of Amir Kabir Petrochemical Company (AKPC) Poly Propylene Plant (PP) at Bandar Emam, Iran.
Client: Navid Zar Chemi (NZC); EP Contractors: Technimont (Italy) and Nargan (Iran)
Responsibilities:
- Provided project master schedule, WBS (work breakdown structure) , weight factors and work steps
- Provided monthly & weekly schedules and management reports
- Provided project financial invoices
- Validation subcontractors financial invoices
