Project Description:
Construction and erection of steel structure, equipments & tanks, piping, electrical, instrumentation, safety & fire fighting, insulation , painting works and pre-commissioning of Jam poly propylene (PP) Plant at Assaluyeh, Iran.
Client: Jam Petrochemical Company (JPC); EP Contractors: Technimont (Italy) and Nargan (Iran)
Responsibilities:
- Provided tender, project master schedule and periodic detailed execution schedules
- Provided project WBS, weight factors and work steps
- Performed cost control for the project and subcontracts
- Provided project financial invoices
- Monitored and compared both resource and cost versus the plan
- Validation of subcontractors financial invoices
- Provided weekly, monthly and management reports
- Claim administration, documentation and prepared of project claim
Key Achievement:
- Reduced costs and knowledge management by programmed and implemented integrated information system
- Provided approved claim about 55% of contract price
