A fixed priced Basic Engineering Package in a 6 month schedule. For a 1,200tpd Ammonia and 1,925tpd Urea Unit and flare system complex to be built in Turkmenistan.
Based in MWKL engineering office in England as the sole Planner for the project from start to completion, Defining the overall project work scope into identifiable work packages by means of the WBS with Engineering leads and schedule the work packages, establishing sequences, inter-relationships and durations in order to achieve successful project completion within budget and schedule, Produced a coordinated and logical driven consistent aggressive 8week starter schedule and budgeted resource loaded P6 level III detailed working schedule in line with the contractual Level II to produce man power requirements and progress targets.
Set up and maintain a progress measurement system monitoring cost, schedule and progress trends against budgets and track project change and highlight areas that require corrective action.
Monitoring and reporting against the plan, assisting and supporting the Project Manager.
