Special task was entrusted to work as AREA PLANNING ENGINEER (AOL/17 of PDO) for their surface facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Planning & Scheduling for On-shore surface facilities at Lakhwair & Fahud Oil Field Sites of PDO at Sultanate of Oman.
• Obtained CMMS Training @ Petroleum Development Oman
• Routine and Turnaround Maintenance Planning & scheduling for rotating equipment and other facilities with Resource loading.
• Coordination with Contractors to enable efficient execution of maintenance schedule.
• Review with Engineers on Spare Parts Interchangeability record and ensure spares availability.
• Support day to day maintenance requirement as required by Plant Operation team.
• Prepare long & short term maintenance planning and overhaul program.
• Prepare hourly basis Shutdown Plan to minimize production loss
• Incorporate activities of engineering department Projects Tie-in/ Hook-up to existing system in the Planning Schedule
• Using CMMS, Maintain/ Update Equipment data & History
• Follow-up implementation of CMMS and ensure data control and recording of maintenance activities and resource used
• Allocate day to day works to discipline craft workforce
• Meeting with discipline head for Priority Job to be carried out.
• Prepare Progress report with Look Ahead Schedule & Issue periodic reports analyzing the maintenance effectiveness with recommendations.
• Manage Schedulers with routine work.
