IT PROJECT PLANNING EXPERIENCE - UK
1993-94 Ewbank Preece Ltd. Management Information System (MIS). Responsible for writing the detailed specification for the planning elements of EPL’s in-house developed Project Management/Management Information system. Wrote user and reference manuals, and provided training courses in the use of the new system.
1991-92 Ewbank Preece Ltd. member of the Project Management Working Party. Designed and developed a PC-based Project Management System which enabled Project Managers to plan and control manhours, cost and change at project level. This prototype was later used as a basis for the company MIS described above.
1988-89 Reflex Manufacturing Systems Ltd. Crawley, UK.
Software house developing a £4M DTI-backed Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIM). Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of a project control system based on Artemis 2000, to integrate and monitor the programme and resources for a team of some 50 software engineers at 3 sites.
