Responsibility:



•     Based on the construction drawings and contract documents prepare a detailed construction schedule.

•     Direct and orient the workforce at site for smooth execution of project.

•     Prepare various reports to successfully manage the project, such as: monthly

progress analysis / schedules, billings and status reports.

•     Ensure compliance with contract requirements.

•     Supervise documentation of all significant project events (e.g., accidents, delays, change orders).

•     Direct pre-construction services and activities

•     Maintain quality control

•     Work collaboratively with head office management to ensure project is procured and constructed within the boundaries of the Company’s best practices while conforming to technical requirements.

•     Manage the expediting of specialized manpower, materials, subcontracts and equipment.

•     Organize schedules and working to tight deadlines.

•     Responsible for completion of assigned projects within budget and schedule while meeting quality and safety goals of the company.

•     Supervise the activities of all project activities including determining schedules, schedule of values, subcontractor selection, and submittal approvals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:     

1. Coordinate with all concerned Engineers, Client, and Managers in order to

formulate a Master plan of a project.

2. Establish and develop master schedules including procurement schedules.

3. Monitor overall progress of the project, actual vs plan forecast to

completion

4. Prepare project cash flow, actual vs. plan and forecasts.

5. Coordinate with all concerned discipline Engineers to design WBS and

utilizing it to develop project program using Primavera.

6. Establish and develop a baseline work program.

7. Monitor progress on daily basis.

8. Coordinate with the Procurement Manager and other concerned to establish

material Procurement schedule.

9. Arrange Monthly Progress Report, recommend changes and

Improvements.
