•Full responsibility for all project controls tasks including schedule, cost, contract administration
•Reviewing and revising Project Execution Plan submitted by the contractor and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and project scope of works.
•Carried out project schedule analysis to identify problem areas, and perform risk, criticality, and level of confidence analysis for the schedule activities.
•Preparing CBS Cost Breakdown Structure and negotiating / finalizing breakdown of lump-sum items with contractor.
•Prepared document control system and procedures and supervised implementation.
•Collate/ collect and incorporate the progress updates, review and report to the management/ client about the actual status highlighting deficiencies found in project for timely corrective actions.
•Handled correspondences with contractor with reference to cost, and schedule.
•Participated in weekly review meeting on work progress/schedule recovery plans.
•Reviewing and verifying contractors monthly progress statement and preparing progress payment certificates.
