Elenco is a UAE based EPC contractor that provides project management, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and maintenance services to the HVAC industry, specialized in the field of District Cooling Networks. Major clients are TABREED, GASCO, ADNOC, ADCO, Dept of Military Works etc.
Position: Sr. Planning & Controls Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
Preparation of complete planning package which include WBS, CBS, resource loaded project master schedules, progress S-curves, man-power histograms, progress measurement & monitoring systems, project control logs & procedures for various EPCC projects.
Preparation of business plan, cash flow analysis, critical path analysis
Preparation of EPC Implementation & Preventive Maintenance Schedules
Efficiency/productivity analysis, progress payment certificates & invoicing
Progress monitoring & reporting ( daily, weekly, monthly reports)
Identify areas of concern & propose corrective actions
Delay analysis & preparation of recovery schedules
Change Order Management, Extension of Time & Variation Claims
Cost control & forecast cost to complete for all running projects
Review of sub-contractor’s planning package, attending project review meetings
Project management, control and co-ordination activities
Other Activities:
HVAC system design, quantity surveying, tendering, estimation & pricing, approval of drawings/samples, sub-contract management, progress payment follow-up etc.
Automation of project controls deliverables register & other workbooks

•TABREED-5 District Cooling Schema Phase-3 project for the Under Ground Chilled Water Piping Networks, Energy Transfer Stations & Building Conversion Works for the Dept of Military Works, Sweihan-UAE .
