Located at Johor Baharu, total length of the highway 77km dual carriageway comprises of 35 Mainline Bridges, 28 VBCs and 1.7 km long Cable Stayed Bridge Crossing Sg Johor. Total construction cost of 1.058 Billion, original project duration 36 months, extension of time 27 months.
1.1.1.1 JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Developed, Monitor, Control & Tracking Overall Master Level 4 ( CTR ) and detail working program with resources and cost loading.
• Setting out planning procedure for the project.
• Coordinate, Managing & Monitor Package Planners about 4 nos. running 5 packages namely (Package 1, Package 2, Package 3a, Package 3b & Package 3c).
• Prepared Coding System for cost control / Work Breakdown Structure/ Interim Payment Schedule / Payment claim / Tender Schedule / Procurement schedule / A Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report / Internal Management’s Report / Overall Progress Monitoring.
• Jointly prepared the Contracting Plan / Project Cost Report / Application of EOT for main contract / Project Budget.
• An adviser to the Senior Project Manager on the critical and delay activities and the impact to the main claim.
