Functions:
– responsible for the controls function on a project
– developing Integrated Master Schedule for the Full Field Development Project in Primavera
– forecasting and developing strategy for personnel mobilization
– developing network interim schedules from appraise through execute stages. Project schedule analysis and identification of critical path.
– CTR schedule resource loading, manpower histogram analysis and resource leveling.
– developing project progress measurement system, regular progress monitoring and analysis.
– project progress reporting on a regular basis.
