Project: Tver Warehouses, Client – PPE Group / OTTO Group
Functions:
– leading two projects in Tver (turn key construction of two warehouses of a total area 28 000 sq.m.)
– searching for the contractors and designers
– analisys of the commercial offers and negotiating contracts
– preparing and follow up of the schedules in Microsoft Project for both projects
– set up of the cost records system for both projects and its follow up
– follow up of the budget implementation
