4D Wastewater Works:
• Lead planner on several Waste Water Treatment Projects throughout Southern England totaling a value in excess of £30 million.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining project plans using Primavera (P3).
• Interfacing with the contractors and sub-contractors ensuring that the project is on schedule and budget.
• Resourcing and cost loading project plans as appropriate including monitoring, reporting progress of these plans and developing recovery programme and contingency plans to meet revised objectives.
• Review resource availability to support plans and take action to address resource shortfalls and risks to delivery.
• Present findings at monthly Programme reviews.
