General Engineering division is equipped for the design, manufacture and installation of power plants (Nuclear, Hydral, and thermal), Chemical, and Petrochemical plants. It also supports the need of other divisions with in the organization as well the need of the local & international industry. KS&EW is one of the leading mechanical complexes with 4500+ Employees of the country.
Major Responsibilities included:
Deputy Superintendent (Planning)
Schedule development & control to ensure proper Scope and Time management of the project and managed scheduling of fabrication and site installation activities in Coordination with all stakeholders.
Prepared and implemented program management policies and procedures.
Prepared master program methodology, short term mobilization program, staff, plant and equipment mobilization schedules.
Monitoring of project activities and report status (variance) on weekly & monthly basis to the team and MD’s office.
Tracking status of submittals and approvals for drawings, materials & sub-contractors.
Implemented project control procedures.
Prepared progress S-curves planned Resources and generated Craft-wise manpower histograms.
Assistant Superintendent (Fabrication & Machine Shop)
Supervised fabrication and machining of classified nuclear components for Atomic Energy Commission of Pakistan.
Supervised construction, installation, and testing of heavy equipment for chemical and petrochemical plants.
Supervised machining and assembly of heavy propeller shafts, rudder and other components of Naval and merchant ships.
