Major Responsibilities included:
Preparation of Programs, which included (Enabling works), design, procurement, construction and commissioning works.
Progress Monitoring, Updating Schedules, and Computing Variance to report the status to the management team and CEO’s office.
Preparation of Recovery Programs (Up to required levels).
Procurement planning including long lead items.
Preparation of Progress Reports (Weekly & Monthly)
Correspondence to client, consultants & all sub-contractors in regards to schedule.
Preparation of EOT (Extension of Time) notifications & detailed Claims.
Assessed and approved subcontractor’s programs and extension of time claims.
Generation and updating the schedule for Progress S-Curves.
Resource Planning and generating Craft-wise & overall Manpower Histograms.
