Update work orders, incorporate new parts into equipment bill of materials and properly identify Equipment damaged codes and reflect it to SAP database. Update pending work orders that have a component problem, change its priority, advice and coordinate with supply department on material requirement and its level of urgency in completing the job. Equipment Data Capturing and Data Entry. Enter correct equipment data and its bill of materials into SAP per as-built drawings and policy and procedure. Monitor, control and update equipment data per manufacturer data sheet and information on work order confirmation slips received, submit monthly progress report. Planning & Methods Administrative Works. As advised by maintenance manager, serves as SAP / Notification trainor to operations group. Also serves as a facilitator, moderator or presenter during planning & methods monthly safety meetings. Recommends changes to planning and methods policy and procedures in order to add value to its business process. SAP / R3 release 6.40 & SAP JVA CMMS Implementation. Create, change and update SAP PM data such as: Functional location, equipment, object link, material, bill of material, notification, work order, completion confirmation, maintenance plans, scheduling of maintenance plans, maintenance strategies, deadline monitoring, PM cycle sets, maintenance tasks list etc. Participate in workshop and Seminar to identify required additional SAP functionalities in Logistic module.
