Responsible for the preparation of technical proposals for major building and civil projects involving development of appropriate construction programme and methods for tendering purposes and to ensure cost effective and timely completion of a project. Responsible for preparation, monitoring and updating of the master programme. Prepared programmes and documentations of delaying events for application of claims for extension of time entitlement using Critical Path Method in Primavera Project Planner (P3). Also responsible in devising tracking methods in determining physical progress of the works and developing programme strategies in meeting milestones and key dates. Liaised with clients, specialists, subcontractors in regards to the planning and critical interface issues, and involved in meetings concerning programme matters. Likewise, responsible for planning, management and control of multiple awarded projects, which include preparation of the overall master schedule and project interfaces including preparation of project milestones and key dates.
