Responsible for the preparation of progress report, monitoring and updating project master programme. Also responsible in devising tracking methods in determining physical progress of the works and developing programme strategies in meeting milestones and key dates. Liaised with the main contractors, subcontractors, specialists, design consultants in regards to the planning and critical interface issues, and involved with meetings concerning programme matters. Involved in the assessment of Contractors EOT claims and review of contractors programmes submissions.
