Responsible for the preparation of technical proposals for major building and civil projects involving development of appropriate construction programme and methods for tendering purposes to ensure cost effective and timely completion of a project. Duties included were pre-construction advices to the Clients, project buildability analysis, production of a works programme, assessment of temporary works requirements, system formwork assessment and co-ordination with the suppliers, assessment of plant requirements (including plant programme, hook time analysis for craneage and height restrictions), assessment of labour requirements, assessment of concrete/rebar requirements, assessment of temporary utility requirements, preparation of site organization charts and staff programme, preparation of a site, plant and temporary works layout, and participate in the Value Engineering exercises.
