•Preparation of Weekly Progress Monitoring and Plan forecasting base on P3 resources.
•Preparation of monthly and weekly report.
•Schedule analysis for Interfacing Activity and Critical Activity base on Original base line and preparation of recovery schedule.
•“S” curve and Histogram preparation for KPI monitoring.
•Preparation of progress claim data.
•Coordinating with Upstream and Downstream project personnel for the flow of work.
