PMDC (Project Management & Development Consultants) Planning Manager

•     Assisting Clients as Client’s Representative from Conceptual Design to the formal Closing-out of the projects.

•     Preparation & Implementation of Project Control Procedures.

•     Assisting Project Directors in overall Project Management including, but not limited to: RFPs (Request for Proposal), Tendering, Evaluation, Negotiation, Award and Administering the Contracts for Architect, Engineer and Contractors.

•     Development of Master Programme / Schedule and consolidated Baseline EPC Schedule for the projects and updating the same periodically.

•     Preparation of Progress Reports and Executive Summary Reports.

•     Review, Comment & Approval of Overall Project Plans, Technical Proposals, Programmes of Works (Schedules), Progress Reports, Payments and Claims submitted by the Contractors and Consultants.
