The Company is based in Doha-Qatar and one the leading EPC contractor engaged in Mechanical, Civil and Electrical works for QP/QGPC/WOQOD/ RAS GAS/QEWA and Core Sectors Etc.
Major activities are:
• Estimation of Mechanical tenders manpower, equipments, and materials as per job requirements.
• Co-ordination with Engineering, Proposal and procurement departments for save the time.
• Close monitoring of daily works at work shop / site and review man-hours v/s production or erection etc,
• Tender Site Visits and clarifications with client
• Review of Work Method Statement, Production / Project planning schedule, etc for client submission.
• Conducting of daily/weekly meetings at work shop /site related the project issues.
• Attending of weekly meetings with clients to review the project progress short out the site/ project issues.
M/s FERRO PAN Oil Field Services Co. - Abu Dhabi-UAE
Period : Jan.2008 –Aug.2009 ((Nearly 1 ½ year)
Position : Site/Project/Technical Manager
Salary : $ 5000/-+ others by company
The Company is based in Australia and engaged in Tank cleaning and repair works , other maintenance and new works structures, storage tanks, pressure vessels, spheres, piping, etc., for various oil companies TAKREER , GASCO , FIRTIL , Power plant & Private Sectors.
Major activities are:
• Daily checking and arranging manpower, equipments, and materials as per job requirements.
• Close monitoring of daily works, site supervisor’s and site staff to do the works in time.
• Daily follow-up & coordination with client, main contractors, & TPI agencies.
• Tender Site Visits and clarifications with client
• Tender Estimation and filling & submission of Technical and commercial bids.
• Prepare or check of Work Method Statement, Inspection Test Plans, Production / Project planning schedule, etc for client submission.
• MR rising from site and finalization and placement orders time to time.
• Monthly quantity survey as per tender BOQ with actual work checking and billing.
• Attending of weekly / monthly meetings with main contractors and clients to review the project progress to compare with the project schedules.
• Acting QA/QC in absence of QA/QC engineer
